Tenure
Master Development Agreement and Operating Agreement Tenure means a lease or right of way issued pursuant to the terms of a Master Development Agreement or Operating Agreement. MDA/OA Tenures (and fee simple dispositions) are issued from the contractual rights and obligations conveyed in a Master Development Agreement or Operating Agreement and as such are not subject to Land Act application and disposition procedures.
